When I will receive the invites into the school and classes?

We ask that you give us 24 to 48 hours to get the invites out, but we usually get them sent out quite promptly.

How can I view all the classes I have purchased?

You can find all of your classes by going to the main page of the site. (clicking on the top banner will always take you back to the main page) Once you are on the main page find the  *MY PAGE* title under the banner. Click on *MY PAGE*. This will take you to your profile page. On the right side of the page you will find all of your free and paid for classes under the header *GROUPS*.  If you belong to multiple groups you may need to click on *ALL GROUPS* to see the complete list. 

Can I share my log in information?

No. While I understand that many people struggle to make ends meet, I have worked very hard to bring you quality content at an affordable price. I welcome you to invite your friends to join us by registering their own account, but sharing an accounts is prohibited.

What if I can’t get around to an assignment for the week? Can I catch up later?

Absolutely! The videos remain available on the Ning site for your lifetime access. 

I have lifetime access, so why can’t I download the videos?

While you will be able to view all of your course content on a lifetime basis, the downloadable links are only available for 30 days after the class is posted. This is for data storage reasons. 

Can I watch your videos on my iPad?

Yes, my videos are compatible with the iPad.

Help! The videos won’t play!

 There are a few things to do when this occurs:

  1. Make sure you are logged in. 
  2. Make sure your flash player is up to date by downloading the latest version at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
  3. If neither of those two things help we suggest changing browsers. There are many to choose from including Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, but we have found that Google Chrome seems to have the most success in resolving  browser based issues.
